• Till now, there has been no means of counting preset numbers of extremely small products quickly and accurately for shipping, meaning that numbers were often determined by measuring total mass before shipping.
• These counting machines feed workpieces into the grooves (single or multiple lines) and capture images of workpieces flowing through the grooves with a photoelectric sensor or line sensor camera, to accurately measure the total number of workpieces.
