Allows operators without any prior programming knowledge to create inspection algorithms via mouse manipulations.
The inspection can be performed on any object, including electronic components.
Small areas of unevenness: Images are taken multiple times and combined, and shadows are enhanced.
Products that expand and contract: Inspection window is divided into grids, and follow-up inspections are performed on each grid.
Tolerance for variation in conforming products: The best image from dozens of reference images is automatically selected.
Inspection of laminated components: Inspection is performed with variable contouring processing changing the shape of the inspection window.
