• This equipment is for image inspection of small glass panels, transported by a specially-developed high-precision conveyor.
• Using a 1D camera, the equipment captures images of moving workpieces one at a time and performs visual inspection.
• We can accommodate various requests, such as simultaneous inspection of the surface and rear sides, in-line integration into all processes, loader/unloader, etc.
• It is equipped with the know-how to detect small scratches and surface non-conformities and can detect a variety of non-conforming items.
• Manages non-conforming item data for non-conforming workpieces (2D code reading is available).
