Visual inspection system for sheets
Features
- Black spots and dirt contamination on plain sheets are detected by image inspection.
- Capable of detecting fish-eyes on resin sheets.
- Detected non-conforming areas are displayed with a square-framed mark, while an enlarged image of the area is also displayed.
- Up to 10 images for non-conforming workpieces can be stored, and inspection can continue while these images are displayed.
- The speed can be changed using encoder pulse tracking.
- NG detection history is printed and saved as data upon the completion of each roll.
- Images of the NG detection area are also saved, allowing for display and review after the inspection is completed.
- The product registration feature enables seamless switching and inspection of sheets with different shapes.
